I’m curious and observant

I collaborate with clients one-on-one or in innovative, agile, proactive teams. I have a Masters in Human Factors and Ergonomics, Bachelors in Psychology and minor in Anthropology, that are a foundation for designing systems that support human work.  I use multiple lenses to understand the user experience, to understand the words a person uses to construct meaning about their experience, to understand how the person is interpreting and responding to a user interface, and to take an ecological viewpoint and understand how the interface and system design fits in the larger context of the user’s cognition and life.
